People Who Make a Difference: Elaine Penn, M.Ed.

January 5, 2011

Elaine PennElaine Penn, is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and success coach specializing in: Leadership, Communication, Teambuilding, Diversity and Wellness. A magnetic presenter, she has inspired thousands of people with her dynamic and motivating programs. Currently, Elaine is represented by CAMPUSPEAK from Denver, Colorado. Traveling throughout the United States, she works with universities, businesses, and organizations. Regardless of whether Elaine is delivering a keynote address, facilitating a training program, or leading a coaching session, her primary goal is to help you and your organization achieve your goals, and to feel motivated and passionate every day.

This woman has an abundance of talent. Growing up in a musical family, Elaine is also a singer-songwriter and has been singing professionally for most of her life. As such, Elaine includes music in many of her keynote addresses. For the last several years, I’ve had the pleasure of being inspired by Elaine’s musical talent most Sunday mornings. She is also an accomplished college athlete and was inducted into the Greensboro College Sports Hall of Fame in 1996.

Elaine chose this profession because she believes in the power of the human spirit. “Everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams”, she says. “The challenge is helping people see that their potential is truly limitless.” I can attest that Elaine is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking. She utilizes this and other tools in her integrative approach to assist you in applying new skills in your professional and personal life.

Elaine is a contributing author to the books Lessons from the Road and Roadmaps to Success and Happiness in College.
